2 Dutch Waffle Company Stroopwafels

1 large marshmallow or 10 mini marshmallows

1–3 squares chocolate (milk or dark)
Directions
Warm & Toast

Toast the marshmallow until golden on the outside and soft in the center.
(Over a flame, on a grill, or under the broiler all work.) -
Gently warm the stroopwafels so the caramel softens.
(Over a hot mug, near a heat source, or a few seconds in the microwave.)
Assemble

Place chocolate on one warm stroopwafel.

Top with the toasted marshmallow.

Finish with the second stroopwafel and press gently.
